About MACH
MACH export Ltd. represents the MACH products, mainly hatching eggs in the markets of GCC countries. MACH is originally a family-owned company founded in 1927, which became a synonym in the production of hatching eggs and day-old broiler chickens in Central Europe.
MACH currently owns the largest and most modern hatchery complex in the Czech and Slovak Republics. There are 25 MACH farms in the Czech market covering 30% of the day-old broiler chickens in the country. In Slovakia, it has built a complex chain of operations, including 7 farms with hatcheries, gaining a dominant market position of more than 62% in the country. Every year, the company successfully defends certificates in Quality Management Systems and Energy Management Systems: EN ISO 9001: 2009, EN ISO 14001: 2005, ISO 50001: 2012.
Over the past 25 years, the company has undergone dynamic development and increased hatcheries capacity from its original 200,000 to 3.2 million chickens per week. The capacity of farms then rose to 2.1 million hens a yearand the production of hatching eggs to even 300 million pieces a year.

MACH is very effective in producing highest quality hatching eggs. The reason for this high quality and production is the full control over the whole production process and, above all, full self-sufficiency in breeding and breeding of breeders Cobb 500 and Ross 308.

Export to GCC countries
Thanks to our ever-growing production, while maintaining the highest quality, we have decided to expand our export of hatching eggs to the GCC countries in order to help local farmers to supply the market with the highest quality broilers produced directly on the Arabian peninsula. In these markets, we are now actively building a network of customers for our hatching eggs, which are mainly hatcheries and fattening farms. In 2019, we will be able to supply the GCC market with up to 870,000 hatching eggs per week, which is up to 50 million hatching eggs per year.
Healthy origin
MACH applies vaccination schemes developed in collaboration with experts from MSD and Merial. This application ensures a good start of offspring in fattening farms and greatly prevents occurrence of viral and bacterial diseases. The company has a sophisticated program of bacteriological control and biological protection of hatcheriesserving as protection from pathogenic contamination. The program also includes prevention of salmonella vaccination.
